Pascalle coaches and educates her clients (women, men, mothers, mothers-to-be, fathers, fathers-to-be, children) through the difficult process of change, to achieve their nutritional and health goals. Together with the client, Pascalle designs a tailor made optimal nutritional strategy. Food plans, supplements, special programs such as weight loss and detox: are part of the treatment.

She takes a thorough case history of every client and uses a holistic approach. She believes in the principles of naturopathic nutrition:
